Filling in the application form
The customer can book directly the chosen apartment for the desired period by filling the request form or by sending an email for information request at mail, with the name of the desired apartment and the length of stay, or by calling +39.3220.127.116.114.
The form must be completed in its entirety, indicating the requirede Optional Services and Additional Amenities.
The booking confirmation
Following the booking request you will receive the “booking confirmation” that will contains the contract proposal and all the data about the choosen apartment, that is, the address, the requested period, the amount of rent, the booking fee, the Security Deposit and any additional costs (Article 3.1), and the number of occupants.
The form must be filled with the missing data, signed and a scanned copy must be sent to mail for acceptance within 24 hours of receipt.
The booking confirmation not resent within the time limit indicated in it, will be automatically cancelled.
Rules for the cancellation of the reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation made at least 48 hours before the check-in, the Company shall have the right to withhold the amount paid for the reservation fee. The cancellation of the reservation will be given with a notice of less than 48 h before arrival, the Company shall have the right to withhold as a penalty the 70% of the total amount of the rental price.
